Inventory Management

This service was developed for clients whose operations involve the segregated storage of products on a “through put” agreement; and is intended to prevent quantitative losses, as well as to provide an updated account of stored assets.

1. Periodic Determination of Stored Inventories

Physical measurements, whether or not any movement takes place.


2. Gathering of all Pertinent Documentation

Information corresponding to any transfer or cargo movement, including shore tanks and/or vessel reports, meter tickets, etc.


3. Summary

Reconciliation of all above mentioned information and investigation, upon request, of any arising discrepancy.


4. Direct Communication

To maintain a constant link with the client, to provide reports and make recom- mendations as required.



This service may be complemented by our Quality Assurance Program which involves specific sampling and testing according to special needs and requirements.
